Pam brings a wealth of employment law knowledge and experience to the Firm from her previous work as inhouse counsel and as an employment attorney with both large and small law firms. Specifically, prior to joining Soule Employment Law Firm, Pam was employed by large and mid-sized law firms for 11 years in multiple jurisdictions as an employment, commercial and product liability litigator. She then spent 6 years serving as in-house Senior/Associate General Counsel for various life sciences organizations where, among general corporate matters, she advised senior management and HR business units on personnel matters, managed employee and labor relations, conducted HR trainings, drafted/revised employment related policies and managed the litigation of employment-related cases at both the state and federal level.
